The Video On Demand Content is located under the main Top Tier TV menu listed as "Movies" and "Shows".

This is an internal glitch that happens occasionally in the Onn Box itself, and is a simple fix by resetting one of the box's internal settings:


  • Go to the Onn Box Settings by pressing the Settings Button (Gear Icon) on the top right-side of the remote control.
  • Click "All Settings" (already highlighted)
  • Select Apps
  • Got to Special App Access
  • Click Display over others apps
  • Scroll down to the TopTier TV app, toggle the switch off & then back on
  • Push the back arrow on the remote control three times until you get back to the Main Settings Menu
  • Go to System
  • Scroll down and select Restart
  • Restart Box


> Once the box restarts, the app will open again normally!
